Dish TV is worst, their are customer service & monthly packages, is not upto the mark. I found couple of time that they add new channel into my account and charge for additional money & they deduct number of days from my existing package account. Apart from that if you tell them that you didn’t requested the same then they said that we have got request & now you to keep it for at least 90 days.
Their customer service is very bad, many time they never get back to you with resolution of your complaint. You have to reach them and ask for status of your complaint. Its really bad & customer against policy. Don’t go for Dish tv, choose any other DTH operator wisely as per your budget & need.
