30 days of pain, agony, worst customer service

I bought a Sun direct DTH around June. For the last 30 days and more I am not getting my news channel and sports channels. I have made umpteen number of calls to their call center and they have a bunch of people who just cannot resolve the customer query.


Every time I call up, they will say that they are re-initializing my set top box and I would get all the service. No respite as yet. Will some senior person from Sun Direct get in touch with me? Their call center people will never transfer the call to the seniors.
