I am using DISH TV as DTH service provider. Some of the channels on my TV were showing ’signal not found’.
On talking to customer service on phone that all signals are green except last 4 (19-22) which are for HD TV.
He suggested the problem of Mal-alignment for which engineer will come for service https://m.mouthshut.com/Rs rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@Rs 150+taxes(this is the usual story whenever a complain is filed). Anyway, I agreed for paid visit.
The person made a visit, played with remote and within a minute problem was rectified and he charged Rs 170 while there was no Mal-alignment and the minor problem ideally could have been rectified on phone only.
The problem is not about service charges but with the intention of such a big company.
They are cheats.
