Must do Fitness Tips at home

We all are so busy in our daily schedules that we barely get time to take care of our health. Here are very simple best tips for health that all of us can follow:

  1. Go for 20 minutes walk daily at whatever time suits you, morning or evening.

  2. After you wake up drink 2 glasses of warm water

  3. Practice meditation. There are unlimited benefits of meditation, physical, mental, and spiritual

  4. Increase fruit and green vegetables intake

  5. Avoid junk food

  6. Practice deep breathing whenever you get time

  7. Include dry fruits intake in your diet

  8. Have a sound sleep of 7 hours

Last but not the least, do not take stress. Stress will ruin your health without any other reason.
