This subject has a lots of dos and don ts, it is a very vast topic and one cannot share all the points here. But a few can be highlighted.
Firstly I never have any food from road side eateries. Because even if is is prepared right in front of our eyes, I suspect their quality of ingredients and the water, oil which is used and uncovered storage of food all will cause serious problems to our health.
Moreover the vessels they use are of very poor quality.Secondly hotel food- mostly medium class hotels kitchen are not kept clean at all. The chefs are also not cautious about the hygiene of preparation, we get many stomach problems. we should be always health conscious. Eat healthy. Include plenty of fruits and vegetables and wash them many times with water to remove traces of any insecticides used on it.Avoid too much of fast foods and fried items.
For non-vegetarians -Meat is very good for our body as it contains so much of proteins and vitamins. This is not healthy for our body.Include plenty of fibre food which helps in easy digestion. Leafy vegetables are really good for the health. Drink atleast 8 glasses of water everyday. If we follow these few tips atleast we can avoid many diseases and stay healthy.We should take food at regular timings.
