General Tips on food

Hello guys I would like to share my views on food. As we all know food is source of energy, but if we consume right one.


First of all say big hello for water , consume atleast 3 liters per day carry a water bottle always where you go. Have healthy breakfast like poha paratha idali dosa. Always try to have home made food , keep on eating every after two hours. Have a bowl full of salad before lunch, in lunch have green sabji , curd, chapati. Later in evening have your favorite tea or coffee with biscuits. Last dinner try to have your dinner before seven o clock and keep it light at last before bed a glass of worm milk. Trust me guys if we follow these tips we can cut our extra fat easily. In last two months I have reduced my five kilos.


Fat you do not dare to come back??


Last think pisitive, stay away from the tensions.
