Hello friends I would like to give you some tape on food it is very general Dipa as you all know that food is very essential to our body. nobody can live without food every living things need food no matter what are their food.
Nowadays people are conscious about having good food nobody wants to take bad food because whatever we intake that surely look in our outer body if we eat good food then we will look healthy because the healthy food gives us protein vitamins and our body needs protein and essential vitamins so our hair and skin are nails are bones everything is dependent on vitamins and minerals and on proteins.
So we should take care what are we taking because it reflects our body.
We all do jobs for the food we do everything for the food that is why my title is food is everything.
vegetarian food and non vegetarian food these are the kind of food.
Vegetarian food has essential vitamins and minerals and proteins because vegetarian is almost depend on green vegetable so it is very good for health.
Non-vegetarian food also has essential vitamin mineral and protein high protein food is chicken.
So you can take any food I am non vegetarian so I can take both food and the main thing you should not waste the food because they are many people who cannot afford food so because of that they are loosing their life.
Access of taking food is also bad for our body because access protein become fat. we should plan our diet plan to be healthy.
