Normally child take breakfast very fast in the morning so he have to suffer from hunger in school and he could not concentrate in his study and he cant gain the limited nutrients. And remember that the breakfast doesnt to heavy. And there is a fixed time for breakfast.
Packed lunch=) the tifin plays a very vital roal for school child we can send meals like vegetable sandwich, patato and spinach rich cutlet, egg bun, paranthe and many other, keep this in your front forhead to send fruits that your child likes,
