I do agree that the petrol available in Bangalore city( may be with other parts of india) i.e., all public sector undertaking like HP, Bharat, Indian oil are adultrated. Though the petrol supplied by the companies are pure that petrol gets adultrated by the touts by mixing them with kerosene, and this is openly done near whitefield/malur belt which was even beemed by TV9 channel, udaya TV’s crime story and ETV kannada’s crime dairy. Inspite of showing the touts adulterating on the camera no one is bothered to take any action. This happens only in India.
The idea of shifting from all public sector oil companies to either to Reliance or Shell is really good and we find only a few bunks operating only in the highways. I would like these companies open more and more outlets inside Bangalore which will be very helpful to all the vehicle users and people doesn’t mind paying one or two rupees more if you get pure unadulterated petrol while contributing to keep pollution free environment.
