For All those who want to have a Long healthy lustrous hair,
Here are some tips.
Oiling the hair is as important as eating food. Next Question is which Oil. Try a blend of different oils for best results. Say almond oil, olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil. Use all of them reqularly. It is not necessary that you have mix them all up together but use them regularly. Massage the hair for 10 mins and leave it for 1hr.
For washing, I personally use shikakai and later rinse it with shampoo( I keep changing shampoos as well, dont stick to one)
use conditioner only for your hair and not the scalp. leave the conditioner atleast for 5 mins for best results.
Some tips for hair fall-
Massage scalp and hair with olive oil and take a towel which is dipped in warm water(squeese excess water) and wrap it around your head like a turban.
Dont comb your hair when it is wet
Take care not to touch the scalp while applying conditioner
Some tips for Dandruff -
The left over twigs of curry leaves(after you take off leaves, the remaining thin, hard twig) cut the twig into small small pieces and heat it alng with coconut oil. apply it scalp and massage befaore taking bath.
You could also make a paste of curry leaves, white hibiscus leaves, curd, amla powder and lemon juice and apply to ur scalp and hair.
Some Tips for maintaning healthy LongHair-
Dont Comb your hair too often
Dont blow dry it
Keep trimming regularly for removing split ends
Avoid ironing, coloring, perming and streaking your hair.
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. They are good souces of vitamins.
Wash your hair every 3 days.
Avoid to much of chemicals. Just shampooing and Conditioner will do
