I am here to share my pathetic experience with " http://www.indiaflowersgifts.com" website. They are really a big cheater and I will personally advise everyone not to use this website for any sort of delivery. I had really tried two times this website and both the times they are exceptionally bad.
I ordered a bouquet, a black forest cake(1 kg) and a teddy for my friend. The order received was ok with flowers, a very small teddy(as compared to price it was really really atomic) and worst thing is that instead of"Black Forest cake" they delivered Fruit cake(in a polythene). This type of service is being provided, inspite of charging high amount from our cards.
Story doesn’t end here. If you will try to contact them on their given number(91-9230721098), that will automatically be directed to an answering machine and no body will give you response. Also, if you will try to mail them, you get an error alert "The recipient Field can not be empty" and weirdo thing is that there is no Such field while submitting the form.
Any one can try these feature before placing their order. I have been cheated by this website two times.
