Unfortunately I got trapped by CAsa retreat Jimmicks and now I am struggling to make use of their service for the cost I paid 30500/-
To book for a tour, when I give a call, they never pick up .By chance if they pick up also, they say that the concerned will call us immediately. But no one calls u. Because I paid 30K, I would want to utilise it. Again give acall.no one will be there. again same waiting. Finally when they give vouchers.they won’t follow whatever they promise. They said All the hotel bookings will be by default with breakfast.
And they assured us with 30% discount on food and sight seeing bills. But when real booking happens theys ay as we are already giving breakfast so no discount on food bills. This kind of frauds are happening. If the money is hard earned.be ware this kind of frauds. Don’t fall into these gimmicks.take care of your money.as it is REcesiion.
