I’d like to make this short. Never ever buy anything from this store. I moved to a new house and desperately wanted a mattress. I ordered a mattress, they were sleeping for 2 days. After I called them, the entered the order stating computer issues when I asked what was it, they were speechless after knowing I understand computers to the core.
Then their tempo broke and then there were some strike. Eventually the delivery was delayed by 5 days for which I had to sleep on the floor.
When I took objection on the usual issues then stated. They started being rule. The owner even cut my call in between to show his objection and refused to speak to me.
The best blackmailing trick was, they asked me to cancel the order on 4th day. Can you imagine what would have gone through my mind.
The experience was like paying for the painful service.
