What is the meaning of special trains? I hope following description will suffice. I had to board in New Delhi-Patna special train no. 04002 on 12.10.2013 at 10.25 pm but when I reached at station-the first specialty was disclosed i.e train was simply late by 6 hours and five minutes.I could do nothing but to wait at NDLS railway station.
When train arrived at platform, I entered in sleeper coach no.2 & reached my birth, there second specialty was revealed i.e the ply board underneath birth no.10 was altogether missing exposing the rusted angle iron frame.
After sometime I went to toilet & noticed that toilet door was coming out and going in with movement of train-note this happens to be third specialty. After using toilet, I went to wash basin & found that tap is water-less-this is fourth specialty.
After sometime tea vendor arrived in coach & he was selling tea @ 10.00 per small sized paper cup-fifth specialty. At Fatehpur, stale samosa was selling @ 15.00 for two pieces-6th. specialty and finally train reached at Allahabad at 6.50 pm-again a specialty.
