I have experienced 2 times journey with premium trains **1. Bangalore Kamakhya premium** **2. Bhubaneswar Bangalore premium** & both times I as per my experience, I can clearly say that in these trains only the name is premium, but the coaches & the service quality are the worst.
All the rejected & old coaches are attached in these trains & also I experienced the AC failure issue in my very first journey which was really hell. The ticket amounts are mysteriously high & the food & cleaning services are pathetic.
Even as Govt. Of India is trying to improve the infrastructure & quality of Indian railway, but if they won’t take care of these kind of very basic need of passengers, then I am sorry to say it can’t be successful to achieve its goal.
