Indian Railways is necessity for economy class people. Mostly I travel by train, because I am comfortable in train not in bus. There is many type of improvements needed will be adopted by Indian railways. Last time I am going to Delhi from Jaipur. I am reached at 11 PM and the plateform is messed with too much garbage. After a hour this messed is cleaned. I know that passenger’s cooperation also needed in clean platform. One time I am coming from Kota and the coach sounds horrible whole journey.
I can’t sleep with this sound I don’t know why they not checked this sound in Rail coach. Similar types of problems I face many time with Indian railways. I am only suggest that there is needed a strong step against this problems and take passengers feedback seriously. I like Indian railways and this is our assets and we also responsible for these problems and solution. I am request all passengers that use dustbin and clean our environment.
