Indoor games - creatively

By definition, indoor games are not open to sky. But they can be anything else. The functions of any game are mainly to pass time happily, enthusiastically, & in a way that it promotes health.


I would personally recommend mixed dancing, not just slow, or the real fast disco ones, but reasonably vigorous & rhythmic. It enhances emotional fulfilment & maturity of the partners, while also enabling healthy movement & exercise of the body.


Good health requires exercise of ALL the muscles of the body. U may frown - as hard as u can - think the worst of an adversary - act out the worst - feel the worst - is more energising than plain smiling - & enables u to really smile when u relax & meet others. Also builds up yr appetite & a robust body.
