You pay money online and they take you for a ride. They do not get the medical tests conducted what ever you do. And because there are no medical tests they wont issue you the policy.
They make all false promises on phone and neither issue you a policy nor the refund nor a doctor visit.

Its been 25 days that I paid online after consulting with their assistant manager on phone. He promised for a test to be conducted by a doctor for my mother within 2-3 days. All this while he has been making all false promises. When I sent a stern email they finally sent a path guy for blood sample to be collected instead sending a doctor. The next day I got a call confirming if the doctor made a visit.
They themselves do not know what their team is doing. When spoke to the call centre they also repeatedly made all false promises. The guys do not even reply to the mails most of the time. Getting frustrated I have now asked for refund. They are not even issuing the same. Shamelessly they asking for more and more time to make some internal inquiries. How much time and what for, I do not know.
Do you think these guys will ever settle the claims the way they work? I have decided to take them to consumer court, if I do not get my money back now.
