As today everyone is dealing online for sending gifts, cards or anything to our dearones. Similarly I did, I ordered two rakhis for my brothers to USA .I took around 3 days to select the best rakhi for my brother. They charged me 600 rs for 2 rakhis and I gave one beautiful note also with it and was hoping that the message will reach as it is.
But nothing was as expected!!!! They sent some other rakhi...that too only one....they changed message completely...i am really very upset with this..
In the site they also write in small letters. that depending on availabilty, products can be changed with some better or say costly one...but what about my message!!!! Is noone available to read that message also and write in the gift??
If they cant fulfill customer satisfaction they should not write such big big words...tat we will convey ur mesaage and blah blah....
Now the onlineg gifts are like we jst have to order something ..like if I want some specific perfume..anyway it will not be reached then y to choose alot!! What to say ...no words for this online frauding..
