I am planning to buy a 2 bhk property in Janani radiance, Carmelaram, Sarajapura Road.If anybody is aware about this property/info/feedback/reviews please share across to me at earliest.
I also pretty much concerned about Occupancy certificate would be given by this builder or not. Anybody has bought property in this, please reply at earliest.
Builder verbally confirming 200% OC going to be there. But as we all aware about the real estate world that this is the world of cons/lier so we need to 400% sure about our hard earned money investment.
