I am here want to draw all your viewers attention about the third class shopping site shopclues.com .i had purchased a enviee aa charger and 4 batteries for 280/- around in sunday flea market on 19 oct 2014, the product has been shipped by overnite express and it showed deliver on 24 oct 2014.
I did not received the product I dont know to whom the delivery person has delivered the product after a period of 17 days of follow up of my courier from shopclues.com & overnite express, there is no response from none of the both .nobody entertain me and complete my query.even the worst thing is that none has provided me pod for the same.i live in Connaught place new delhi which is number one place of our country and still there is very bad behavior from both.
After issuing me so many tickets shopclues did not close it no communication no call nothing,
Shame on you shopclues.com you should be banned in India for ecommerce
