We have a Hathway set top box connection. Their agents in our area in Ramamurthynagar, Bangalore, are Pooja Cable (mobile No. 9880454151). We have continuously been getting distorted images/audio in respect of the channels received through the set top box. There is a screeching sound like that of a stuck CD. Some channels also available on ordinary Cable TV are received clear and loud through ordinary cable TV but are distorted through STB. Repeated complaints have not helped.
Promises are made that a technician would be sent but nobody turns up. Also, channels such as DD Bharati are not available. So if you are planning to take a Hathway cable TV connection, think a hundred times.
