...So Ja Babua...Mr. Yawn Aajayega

First of all before you start reading my review kindly read this, this is text which came on my screen while I was posting a review in this category, funny na, Kuch Kuch Bhi likha hai .


Why did you join this club?


How well-kept are the equipment?


What other amenities does the club offer?


How knowledgeable are the staff members?


Describe any classes you’ve taken at this gym.


For whom would you recommend this chain(serious bodybuilders, women, the average person)?


See sleeping is important, so one needs to sleep well.  In 24 hours one needs to sleep for atleast 8 hours and young girls should sleep for 10 hours.


Do you know you spend 28 years of life sleeping, amazing na.


Now if you dont sleep properly then following will happen


1) You will yawn yawn and yawn, you can be named Mr. or Ms. Yawn


2) You will have dark circles under your eyes so you will look ugly.


3) Lack of sleep causes white hairs or greying


4) If you sleep less you are less fresh and then as I said Mr.Yawn


5) Lack of sleep makes your digestive system go wrong


6) Lack of sleep causes blurred vision


Now what are the causes of Lack of Sleep


1) Late night movie shows


2) Internet surfing late at night, you know Dhananjay was also having ths habit but I improved him and made him sleep, I know back home he must have also started.


3) Movie watching or TV Watching


4) Goonda Mawali type movies watching, I know this are bad movies which guys watch at night, Once I knew Dhananjay also wanted to watch and I somehow guessed it and then I sat on the TV and watched Discovery with him, then he went to sleep and I didnt let him watch. Pls stop such Goonda Movies.


5) Late Night Parties, One should not go to this, as there is so much loud music which is very intolerable and also when you come out you are Like Blinded by the Light and deaf as so much of the sound.


6) Studying at night, no late night studies are not good, Dhananjay is in 12th this year and I have seen him studying late, then he is so lowsy in the morning.


7) Smoking also causes lack of sleep, so does coffee.


How to avoid such bad habits.


1) Eat properly and at right time, this will help metabolism properly and you will be habituated to have sleep strokes at proper time.


2) Avoid sleeping in the afternoon, I have seen people active at night when they sleep in afternoon, thats very bad.


3) Exercises, the more controlled exertion will help you to get proper exhaustion and thus you will sleep.


4) Stop smoking and dont drink too much coffee


5) Watch TV and do internet timely, not like me .its 1.30 here.


Ok so this way Mr.Yawn will stay away from you and you will be chust durust for life.


Jo Sowat hai woh Khowat hai,


Jo Jaagat hai so Pawat hai


Now this has to be changed a little.


Jo Kum Sowat hai, Woh Kum Pawat hai,


Jo perfect sowat hai, woh perfect bane che
