friends smoking is really very bad for your health. I used to smoke and I experienced I was loosing my stamina I was feeling that now I cannot when I started feeling tired anytime and my skin become itchy my body lost natural colour and my hair become Grey 2 using to having cigarettes.
My experience of smoking is really very bad so I want to give you all tips that you should not smoking if you are smoking that you should stop right now because your health is very precious for you and for your loved ones.
I had to face the problems by smoking I hospitalized 2 times because of having problem to take breath.
I am still facing the problem to taking breath normally.
It is a serious problem if you are a chainsmoker then you should try to quit smoking gradually
For the newcomers my trip is this is not the style this is not the coolest thing you will also think to quit smoking but probably that time you will not be able to quit smoking because it will not be easy to quit on that time so please take care of you and please to the smoke it is very injurious to your health.
I quit smoking last year now I have good health now I am continuously exercising to be more fit because after quitting smoking your body takes 1 year to be normal.
