I had called G.K Vale for enquiring regarding the status of my order. I happened to call up the M.G.Road office number which was given on the slip. The person who picked up the phone was not polite and gave me the impression that she needs some training or change in attitude. Though she did answer the question that I asked. somehow I felt it was not a pleasant way of answering. I wonder where they get people from, they are absolutely dumb. Usually its a frustrating experience with the over the counter people in GK vale. They have some kind of arrogance associated with them.
Especially the one in M.G.Road, I have never had a pleasant experience over there. I would not suggest people to buy anyting from there. They are expensive and dont do a good job at times. But I think the other branches are pretty ok. I found the Basavanagudi one pretty decent, but they also lack proper etiquette. People will become more and more appreciative for the kind of service they get. If G.K.Vale does’t mend their ways they will perish sooner or later.
