The best way to beat the heat is that in the morning when I take bath just add two too three ice cubes in ur bath tubs. Drink a lot of water. Let your body alwayd be hydrated. Drink as much juice as u can. Avoid goin our in afternoon. You can always drink carrot juice, beatroot juice etc. Eating curd, drinking coconut juice can always help u to get rid of heat inside your body.
