Genral do's and dont's for summer.

Summer is a season, most of us hates.


Humid and too warmness is irritating. Besides this, in summer season lots of new viruses and infections can be raised and you have save yourself from it.


Do’s




  1. Stay hydrated always, drink 3 litres of water atleast. Prefer to drink natural juices like cane juice, lammnade and other hand made juices.




  2. Stay in hygeinatic manner, taking shower or bath is obvious. But maintain hygeine is a must.




  3. Eggs, meat or any kind of meat should be low on diet. Not fully extracted but on low rate.






Etc


Dont’s




  1. Never go for soft drinks or manufactured juices or powder juices. They are harmfull and filled with various acid regulators and preservatives.




  2. Salads, fruits or other natural stuff should be cleaned or rinsed properly.




  3. Deit should not involve too much carbohydrated content. Maida, refined products etc etc.






Choose wisely your products for eating. Maintain you health and try to be stay out of unhygienic places. Happy summers season.
