Summer is hot seasons so, we like rainy season & Winter season .
But I will give you some tips for summer season.
Drink 10 - 12 glasses of water for hydrate your body beacuse during summer our body become dehydrate.
Always use sunscreen lotion for protect your skin from UV rays.
Wear cotton cloths during summer because during this season our body getting more sweat than other season so, cotton cloths absorb sweat easily and we getting cool.
Drink Cold drinks , buttermilk, lassi for healing .
plan a tour for healstation and beaches for enjoy summer season.
Doing regular yoga for relaxation in summer season.
