Simple summer... triks

Hey guys we the summer is the part of our ecosystem so in summer body need more liquid contents , skin is the largest organ and need to be hydrated all the time, drink at least 8-10 glassess purified water a day , so make sure you get enough water in your system daily, wash your face with warm water , use sunscreen lotion to avoid sunstroke, increase the eating of fruit items , avoid ice water direct drinking, wear cotton cloths . This all the important thigs.
