I am using Candid Web Hosting from a long time . Best thing I can say about their service is I haven’t had to think about it. My initial support emails regarding account setup were answered quickly and professionally, and I have experienced no problems since then.
They are less expensive(!), faster, have a great control panel. They have good, active customer forums and support tickets were . For the first time I feel like I have control over “my” server space and databases. And because handling domains is so easy . I feel very comfortable offering hosting to my design customers who may not want to mess with their own hosting.
The forum is a great place for support if you want general related chats, support issues with other software and it’s great to have human responses to server issues should they arise and other upcoming planned maintenance.
The uptime on the server has been fantastic, though a few minor spots of down time but it’s normal for a web host but not as much as my old one and a few other issues.
I seriously recommend Candid Web Hosting to everyone and will continue to use them and point people in the direction to them.
