I have been using hostcats last couple of years and my experience with them is real horrible. Their uptime is <70% I had my customers constantly complaining about the resources going offline very often.
There is virtually no support because their executives are untrained and their responses to your queries doesn’t make sense at all. One fine morning, I saw my blog was knocked off from my site - in response to the tickets raised, the support executives acted funny saying that "we cannot fix the issue.. its your headache.. go do whatever you want to do with it.."
I called up hostcats support and wanted to talk to their manager-director Mr. Vasi, I got a reply that he is on Goa for vacation and is not reachable for next two weeks. I had heavy business losses from October-2012 and they are NOT willing to compensate the loss.
