Wise Solution located in Jaipur, India, is the worst example of hosting reseller or hosting provider anywhere in India(perhaps the entire Solar System) in my opinion.
I think it would be less painful to have a baboon(who is high on crystlmeth) give you a vasectomy without anesthesia, than it is to deal with the staff at WiseSolution.in.
They have had instances of breakins by Pakistani hackers(22-24th October 2015), loss of website data, corruption of databases(11 databases lost), extremely slow and tepid responses on open tickets. I have dealt with them for more than 18 months, and after the first 6 months it was an uphill battle to deal with them.
Their consistently rude responses, inept command over basic English, incapability to be an average SysAdmin, and overall indifference to the client’s suffering are few of the reasons why I have moved on.
They have switched their servers atleast 3 times in the past year, with very poor transitions and handovers, nearly no intimation in advance and I am not sure if they know how to install an SSl certificate on anything(including their own website, cPanel and Webmail pages).
In Feb 2016, their own website crashed along with all their provided services(cPanel, Ftp, Email services), and even after getting back online, they deliberately kept their client login page offline so clients cant register complain tickets it seems.
If you think they are cheap to rent, you will soon spend more money doing the damage control these hosting providers will start. Better to move on.
