I purchase domain and hosting from .manashosting two days back on 05-sept-2009 and I did the payment online through debit card and the payment was successful and after that I raise the ticket to billing and technical team with all the details like invoice number and domain name and other details.
Its now two days on 07-sept-09 my domain and hosting is still not active and I tried to get back to technical and billing team then tay say we are working on that...
Can any one tell is it take so much time in activating domain and hosting for any one. Today tried to have a chat with sales team to have my money back to me as I do not want to avail there services what they did they just left the chat..
