Pathetic is not a word for the service provided by Manas Hosting. I can write a 24 day episode on their service style. They are not connected between their groups(Tech, Billing and Sales). My website was not working for 20 plus days and they couldn’t get it up.
Here it goes:
They say multiple domain for 3 years and when we ask for basic services then they say you take corporate package and after that they say we should go for dedicated hosting.
When we take dedicated hosting they say few code samples in your code are not compatible and we can not get it up and all this they say orally and never in Ticket.
No person there is organised, they keep you waiting on the call for an hour to say that their boss is busy.
After 24 days of struggle with more than 60 calls they said that get your money refunded; but they scoped it in a fashion that I want the refund by myself and so they are not paying me in full.
Their refund mechanism is not online, manually fill the form and courier it.
They say they take 20 days, and it would take more than 3 months
