I recently bought 50MB linux webhosting from https://brainpulse.com . I have very bad experience with them. Following are bad experience with them:
when my site was down, I try to get live support for them. I waited for 30 minute for live support and what I got is " wait for 1 minute sir".. " wait for 10 minute".. Finally I have to quit the session.
They promise 99.97% uptime but most of time my website is down [ In a week I found it 3 time]
In their plan they promise for 50 MB disk space but actually it is 25MB web space and 25 MB mail space. If you don’t check details , you will be screwd like me.
Now after paying 1100 rupess I have to look for another company for webhosting. Can’t believe I got cheated by a **ISO 9001 : 2000 Certified Company.
