I wanted to put my experience with indiatimes hosting group. They are worst in all the sense.
1.Sales - Their sales team is good but they are not really aware whatthey are selling. Person like Amit Pruthi who is a senior sales guy, doesn’t know what they are selling. he can not answer any questions onproduct, he only understand money part. anyway most of time you buyhosting directly so sale role is not much.
Technical Team -Their product team he headed by Mohit Mathure who doesn’t know T oftechnology. Poor guy do not know even difference of linux/windows. Donot know what backup means. completly dumb guy
Customersupport - They do not have any one who understand meaning of "Customersupport" their VP Mr. Sudharshan himself do not remember what he talkedfew hours back and there is no system with them which track yourcommunication and
