Few months back I tried to find a review on 99labels.com but could not. I shopped from them and had a wonderful shopping experience. Since there was still no other review I felt I should share my experience. 99labels is a members only site offering daily discounts on branded products.PROS: - Authenticity and Surety of product delivery. The quality of delivered products is exactly as shown on website. I’ve bought a lot of stuff and not one complaint. Unlike a lot of other e-commerce sites, they do have business ethics.
- Good branded products and great discounts. For me the USP is these brands are not easily available where I live and getting them at home is fantastic.
-Easily navigable site.They have recently changed the format and its very user-friendly.
-Good customer support. The toll-free line is always answered and they reply to e-mails within a few hours.
CONS:-Long delivery time. they take 20-25 days after you place the order, sometimes it seems too long.
On the other hand, I would be remiss in not saying that their packaging is far superior to most other sites I buy from. Perfumes, purses, watches all delivered in excellent condition.
Overall I’ve had a great experience and would continue shopping from them.
