Ordered a book, order no. 936643369 on 8th April 2013 from SNAPDEAL. After a week on 15th April got mail, there will be delay in delivery, on 18th April I got again mail that delivery is delayed.
I called customer care, was told to wait for two more days. Called today was asked to cancel the order. lot of online shops have sprung over last 3-4 years.
They take orders and money and don’t deliver anything. Its High time authorities curb this nuisance. My advice is don’t deal with snapdeal.
