There are sites like playgroundonline just waiting to receive money without processing the order; do not plan to buy anything from there. I had ordered a carrom board recently and this is my order number 157822, ordered on 19th of Feb; they told it would take intially 3-4 working days then content is changed to 14-15 working days;
After continuous follow up after 19 days; now they are still yet to ship the product; you call the customer support; you get a reply that they will contact the supplier and update. Do not be surprised even if you do not get a call or an update; you have to keep shooting stones in the dark expecting your product to be delivered soon. Suddenly one person calls and says that product is shipped from meerut, they don’t have the tracking number but it would take 3 days to receive it. you wait for 3 days and again call back, you will get a response from other customer support executive that it has still not been shipped.
You ask for a refund, and it would take minimum 3 days to get the refund; Finally you end up spending on your credit card, you do not receive the product and on top of it get the mental agony saying the order might be there any time and get disappointed by hearing it is still not shipped. I am still yet to receive my refund I shall update as soon as I receive it.
So be aware of such sites and take care while buying online.
