If you happen to purchase anything from niir.org or npcs, they send us what ever they have rather than what we want. They have some old reports with them which they keep forwarding to us after we pay huge amounts. The much more worse thing is that they send us an uneditable copy so that we may not be able to use it for our need. Try google instead of going to these people.
I had ordered for a detailed customised hospital project report and they charged me around 40000 and came back after a month with an existing copy which they had which had very little relevance to what i asked for. The funny part was they send the report in excel removing all the formulae, etc. It was of no use to me at all and even after requesting them several times, they have just become quiet on the issue. Hope no one else gets cheated.
