But there is some yoga poses you can do every day.1. Padmasana or Lotus Position: Sitting as cross-legged asanas and keep inhaling and exhaling.This gives you deep meditation.It calms your mind and body.Do for 10-15 minutes and increase your time slowly.Uses: 1.Relaxes mind and calm your body.2.Cures spine pain.3.Energy levels are restored.2.Kapalbhati: First sit straight as Padmasana.Keep your spine straight.Now take deep breathe means breathe in and breathe out as your lungs are filled with air. Now exhale through nostrils. Do for 15-20 minutes.Uses: 1.It improves blood circulation.2.Treats breast cancer.3.Increases immunity power.4.Cures constipation.3. Anulom Vilom: Sit on a mat and pose like Padmasana.If you dont sit on the floor then you can sit on a chair.Now inhale deeply from one nostril while other one closed with another finger. Again repeat this process with another nostril while other one closed with a finger.Uses: 1.Cured diabetes and blood pressure.2.Increases oxygen supply throughout the body.3.Relieves stress, fever, concentration.4.Controls obesity.So I usually do these three yoga poses daily. It calms your mind and body.It makes me fresh and relax and happy throughout the day.
