JP goes that extra mile
hi people.i want 2 share a beautiful experience with ull, I just got through at
jpmorgan chase for a voice process, I ws asked to submit by documents by the next 2-3 days.
I decided to submit the papers on the second day.but before I could go there
I got a call from my mother saying that my dads had an attack, hes in a bad shape
and I should come home immediately, my mind went numb and I rushed to the hospital, I didnt remember anything else.
the next morning I got a call from their HR person enquiring when am I coming there.i told them my problem and that my dads in the ICU.
they were very supportive and said as that is my priority I should concentrate there
and that theyl see what they can do for me.
Not only on that day but for the next two weeks till my father was in the hospital
they would call and ask if thers anything that JP morgan as a company or they can do during this trying time.
my family was amazed at the cooperation & understanding they showed & this
is even before I was their employee.even when I went to submit my documents
they finished the formalities in no time so I could rush back home.
in this industry people are a dime a dozen, but to be so supportive and understanding when they get hundreds of candidates, shows they care about their employees overall welfare.and they go that extra mile!
The people ild like to mention are Rakesh, Rishi and Bhavik.
This competency, professionalism and the fact they practice the statement "we care for our employees" makes it THE BEST!
Thanks.
