I am working with a BPO. The atmosphere here is not good. Only those people get promotions who has any relation with his senior. To get promotion you have to spend time with your seniors and you have to be around them all the time.
Those who are shy, I suggest not to join BPO because you will cry for sure. In BPOs only those can survive who speaks, who is loud.
The life is torture in the operation department. You can take only 4 leaves in a month. The important thing is they do no provide leaves on the occasions also like holi, diwali etc. If you take leave, your salary get deducted and if you come you will get gift. There is no personal life.
