This is my wife’s experience. With severe shoulder freeze for weeks she was in great pain. When the doctor could not cure with medicines, he suggested taking steroid injection. My wife was called, she was in pain and left office midway to get the injection but she had to wait for 1.5 hours as doctor was busy. Paid the fees also. She had to return. Was called in the evening again and she waited from 7:40 PM to 9:10 PM for the doctor to see her even when he knew the case. She went and asked the doctor to prioritize as she was in bad pain. The doctor became rude, used inappropriate words and continued to insult her. She cried and came back. Very RUDE, ARROGANT and FOUL MOUTHED doctor. All the fees in last two months and efforts wasted.
