This is what Genie Cabs, advertise on their web site. I would like to change only one word.
’UNPROFESSIONAL.’
Even if the cab was booked a day prior and despite two follow-ups and a confirmation SMS with the cab details, thanks to genies unprofessional service, I end up with a "Sorry, we cannot arrange a cab from the call centre." The driver, when contacted, shouts at me and tells me that the call center got it wrong and that he cannot come. When told about this, the call center sends me an alternate taxi detail(which in fact is the same driver details) three times.
Still would prefer Ola cabs for city travel
