I had the misfortune of booking a genie cab once from electronic city at 7.00 pm. The booking was apparently confirmed.
On the day of the booking, I waited in my client’s office till 7.30 pm and called them when it seemed apparent that there was no cab coming. The tele caller told me that they would not be able send a cab.
At 7.30 pm to be left alone, high and dry by the cab service provider, is a lady traveller’s nightmare.
To all my fellow travellers, I would recommend that it’s better to hire a local cab driver than settle for Genie cabs, ever. They are the absolute pits!
