Very unreliable cab service. They have a system wherein the driver is alerted 20 mins before for any pick up and they need to travel to a max of 15 kms. Hence if the pick up point is very far they get assigned in the app and then call and keep requesting the customer to cancel the booking citing that they cannot reach in the city traffic.
This has happened to me twice and on two other occasions the cab was not assigned and the booking left unattended. The customer service executive assigned a cab and then the same issue, driver kept rewuesting for cancellation.
Aweful service and there is nothing that the customer support can do on their end expcept for apologising. In case of other cab services they at least upgrade if the booked cateogory cab is unavailable. Never ever reply on these if you have some important engagement
