Highly unreliable service by Genie Cab. Booked from Kondapur to Hyderabad station on 30/04. 6 15 PM. Nobody turned up. No SMS with cab number. Not even received any call from service provider.
When I called at 6.20 PM about my booking. Got reply that Cab is not available. "we can’t give you Cab - no apologies". Never Trust this service provider.
