I would like to share my feelings about Genpact india pvt ltd. Since 3years I am working with genpact, wherever you go you will find some benfits and disadvantages with organisation as useful here also I found some good things and bad things. I wantted to share my good things I dont want to go for bad things because this is my company. Work environment and providing facilities like bus avialable for long lications and prividing cap drops for employees in a reasonble price. Job security is also one of the most and more ever providing confidence which I had gone throgh my these years experince. Work culture and there are more scope to learn from training sessions where I would not find such type of training sessions in any other organisations. I can rate 4 out of 5.
