We are not 10th or intermediate students to join your company for low salary
Genpact is a one of the best company in last 5years ago but now this company will not maintain the reputation in India they were offering low salary jobs we are not a 10th or intermediate students.
Package offer was worst.
My advice if you unfit for job then join this company.
I think so it’s 20-17 ware company in top 5list
Then don’t join this company if you join you don’t have growth for further any way take to right decision for your career
